All animals will be honestly represented, healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Payments
All orders must be prepaid before shipping. We accept all major Credit cards over the phone (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) and PayPal. Shipping costs will be included and due at the time of payment.

 

Payment Plans
For animals that are priced over $1,000.00 I may agree to do a Payment Plan with a 50% deposit with full payment received within 45 days. If you decide to do a Payment Plan please note that no money paid will be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever. 

 

 Shipping

All of our live animal orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Next-Day Air. To most areas, this shipping method guarantees delivery by 10:30am. However, some areas have a guaranteed delivery time of 12:00 noon or by the end of the day. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 30-90ºF on both ends and somebody must be there to sign for our live arrival guarantee. If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time UPS provides online of the delivery. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.

 

Snakes can be shipped door-to-door based on the ship-to location. Please e-mail us with your shipping address and postal code so that we can get you an accurate shipping quote. Note: Shipping charges my vary greatly depending on location and package weight.

All sales are final, credit will be awarded in exchange of a refund.

The prices contained within this web site are based on approximate market value at the time of posting. Prices are subject to change. Package pricing does exist on certain snakes and products depending on availability. Please contact us regarding these matters, we are happy to discuss them with you.
